To explore the development of high-tech park (CNC) and visiting location Hoa Lac plans to build Vietnam-Japan University, dated 02/8/2014, in Hanoi, in the framework of the official visit to Vietnam South to promote the strategic partnership between the two countries in various fields, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan Fumio Kishida visited and worked at Hoa Lac High-Tech Park.
Speaking at the meeting, Minister Nguyen Quan said, with the support of the Japanese Government ODA loans, in recent years Vietnam has focused on developing the infrastructure of Hoa Lac High-Tech Park .
Along with the improvement of infrastructure, MOST is also directing the management board of construction and the Prime Minister for promulgation mechanisms specific preferential policies for investors of the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park. Gradually strengthened and perfect investment environment, striving to Hoa Lac High-Tech Park to become a city of modern science, an attractive destination for investors, especially after the system's infrastructure zone completed synchronously by Japanese ODA in early 2018.
MOST will report and propose to the Government to create conditions better to attract investment projects in area, including speeding up the implementation of infrastructure projects in a large area of Hoa Lac. Among these projects, there are projects Vietnam National University with the goal of bringing up area of 60,000 students in 2016 and Hoa Lac railway project linking the 5 central Hanoi to begin in 2017 to serve the travel needs of individuals working or living in the area and programs related infrastructure.
