On December 24, the Hanoi High-Tech and Industrial Parks Management Board held a dialogue to remove obstacles, promote production and business and advance on-site investment for enterprises and investors.

According to Vu Xuan Hung, Head of the Hanoi High-Tech and Industrial Parks Management Board, the conference served as a direct and practical forum connecting regulators, local authorities and the business community.

Through the dialogue, authorities listened to and resolved difficulties arising during investment, production and business operations, thereby further improving the capital's investment and business environment.

The management board reported that total investment in high-tech parks and industrial parks in 2025 reached about US$660 million, exceeding the annual plan by 24.5%.

Revenue of enterprises in these parks was estimated at about US$12 billion, accounting for roughly 19% of Hanoi's total GRDP (about US$63.5 billion). State budget contributions reached around US$450 million, while export turnover totaled US$7.4 billion.

At the conference, enterprises said investors still face difficulties related to administrative procedures, land and planning, technical infrastructure inside and outside park boundaries, fire prevention and control, logistics, labor and housing.

Alongside the dialogue, the conference also introduced new mechanisms and policies, including incentives and support to attract high-tech talent and promote innovation in high-tech parks, risk governance related to compliance with new tax and accounting regulations and information on urban projects in the Hoa Lac area to support operations of the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park.

Based on the dialogue outcomes, the management board said it will continue to implement strong solutions to improve the investment and business environment, accelerate digital transformation and support enterprises in stabilizing operations, expanding investment and pursuing sustainable development.
